ARBK Atlas is a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS subscription. Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly) and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from /account/subscription to prevent the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not process refund requests for current or past billing periods. The remainder of this policy explains the B2B positioning, the cancellation process, and the limited statutory situations in which different rights may apply.
ARBK Atlas is intended for use by companies, sole proprietors, analysts, sales teams, and other professionals in the course of their business, trade, or profession. By starting a paid subscription, you confirm that you are subscribing for business, trade, or professional purposes and not as a consumer acting outside that scope.
Because the subscription is purchased for business purposes, the consumer right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Article 16 of the Kosovo Law on Consumer Protection No. 06/L-034 does not apply. If you are not subscribing for business purposes, please do not complete the purchase.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from /account/subscription. A cancellation stops all future renewals. It does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current billing period.
After cancellation, your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be billed again.
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price for your plan. We send a renewal-notice email in advance of each renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from /account/subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
Initiating a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or card issuer before contacting us will result in: (a) immediate account suspension, (b) revocation of all active sessions, and (c) a permanent ban from the service. We will dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks with the relevant bank and supply usage logs, invoice records, and access logs as evidence.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact [email protected] first — in nearly every case we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback procedure.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply to you under applicable law. Where the law grants you greater rights than this policy provides, the law applies. This policy is intended to operate within the limits of applicable law and is not a representation that statutory rights, where they exist, can be contracted away.
