This Cookie Policy explains how ARBK Atlas (operated by Yll Aliu B.I., NUI 812382414) uses cookies and similar storage technologies on arbk.atlas-studio.eu. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We use only the cookies strictly required to deliver the service plus, with your explicit consent, a small set of functional and analytics cookies.
We group the technologies we use into three categories:
Granular, prior, opt-in consent is required for the functional and analytics categories under the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC (as amended) and the Kosovo Law on Personal Data Protection No. 06/L-082. You can accept all, reject all, or pick categories individually in our cookie banner.
The only third party that may set cookies on arbk.atlas-studio.eu is Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Limited). Google Analytics is loaded with analytics_storage: 'denied' by default through Google Consent Mode. The _ga and _ga_941JC17CBG cookies are written only after you grant Analytics consent in our cookie banner.
These cookies are domain-scoped to arbk.atlas-studio.eu, IP anonymization is enabled, and we do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or cross-site identifiers. We do not use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok Pixel, or any other tracker.
For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how to control your data in Google Analytics.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
chrome://settings/cookies (Chrome), about:preferences#privacy (Firefox), Safari → Preferences → Privacy. We respect Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: when either is detected we treat your visit as if Analytics consent had been declined.
Strictly necessary cookies are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and providing the service you have requested (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, mirrored by Article 6(1)(f) of Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection). They are also exempt from the consent requirement of Article 5(3) of ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC because they are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by you.
Functional and analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC; Article 6(1)(a) of Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082).
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in applicable law, or in our service. The current version and the date of last revision are shown at the top of this page, and prior versions are kept in our internal change log.
If we add a new cookie category or a new third-party tracker, we will re-prompt you through the cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
