This Cookie Policy explains how ARBK Atlas (operated by Yll Aliu B.I., NUI 812382414) uses cookies and similar storage technologies on arbk.atlas-studio.eu. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We use only the cookies strictly required to deliver the service plus, with your explicit consent, a small set of functional and analytics cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as login state or language) over a period of time so you do not have to re-enter them every time you come back or browse from one page to another.

We also use comparable browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage and sessionStorage. For transparency and consent, we treat these technologies the same way as cookies: anything that is not strictly necessary requires your prior, freely given, informed and granular consent.

2. Categories we use

We group the technologies we use into three categories:

Strictly necessary — required to operate the service (authentication, security, language, and storing your cookie choice). These cannot be switched off in our banner because the site would not function without them.
Functional — remember non-essential preferences such as the layout state of certain UI controls. Set only with your consent.
Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the service so that we can improve it. Set only with your consent.

Granular, prior, opt-in consent is required for the functional and analytics categories under the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC (as amended) and the Kosovo Law on Personal Data Protection No. 06/L-082. You can accept all, reject all, or pick categories individually in our cookie banner.

4. Third-party cookies

The only third party that may set cookies on arbk.atlas-studio.eu is Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Limited). Google Analytics is loaded with analytics_storage: 'denied' by default through Google Consent Mode. The _ga and _ga_941JC17CBG cookies are written only after you grant Analytics consent in our cookie banner.

These cookies are domain-scoped to arbk.atlas-studio.eu, IP anonymization is enabled, and we do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or cross-site identifiers. We do not use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok Pixel, or any other tracker.

5. Your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Re-open the consent banner via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer (available once the new banner is deployed) and update your category choices.
Clear cookies and site data for arbk.atlas-studio.eu in your browser. The next time you visit, the consent banner will appear again.
Use your browser's built-in privacy controls: chrome://settings/cookies (Chrome), about:preferences#privacy (Firefox), Safari → Preferences → Privacy.

Functional and analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC; Article 6(1)(a) of Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082).

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in applicable law, or in our service. The current version and the date of last revision are shown at the top of this page, and prior versions are kept in our internal change log.

If we add a new cookie category or a new third-party tracker, we will re-prompt you through the cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pristina, Kosovo, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
