This page documents where our procurement data comes from, how we join it to the business registry, and the limits you should know before acting on it.
Source: PPRC e-Prokurimi · data as of 6 Mar 2026
Tender and award records come from Kosovo's open procurement portal (PPRC e-Prokurimi), published as Open Contracting (OCDS) data. We refresh from the open bulk dataset and keep it current going forward. Every figure is stamped with the date it reflects.
We match each award's supplier identification number to the business registry on the official NUI or fiscal number — exact, no name guessing. Where a winner carries no usable id, we fall back to a normalized name match, which we always label as a 'name match — verify' and never present as confirmed.
Public spending data can be revised. We stamp every figure with its source date and link back to the official record. Deadlines for open tenders should always be verified on the portal.
We present the official public record as cited facts. We do not score, rank, or editorialize.
Suppliers can be sole proprietors, so a name may be personal data. We process under legitimate interest with minimization, and honour correction and erasure requests — a redacted business is automatically suppressed from procurement views.
