Export limits and quotas by plan
Understand per-request row caps and daily export ceilings, and how each plan changes them.
Exporting is a paid feature: it is available on the Business and Enterprise plans, and a small per-request limit applies on the Free tier so you can try it out.
There are two limits to be aware of. The first is the per-request cap, which is the maximum number of rows a single export can contain — Free is capped at 10 rows, Business at 1,000 rows, and Enterprise is effectively uncapped for normal use. If your filtered result set is larger than the cap, the export returns the top rows in your current sort order, so sort first to make sure the most relevant rows are included.
The second is a rolling daily ceiling on the total number of rows you export across all requests. We reserve rows up front when an export starts and refund any unused allowance once the file is built, so a small export never burns through your daily budget unnecessarily.
If you hit either limit you will see a clear message in the export panel. The fix is usually to narrow your filters and export a tighter, more targeted segment — or to upgrade your plan for a higher ceiling.
