Data sources and privacy

All business records on ARBK come from the public Kosovo Business Registry (ARBK) and are refreshed daily. We do not enrich records with private data or third-party leak sources.

Free users see records with a 7-day delay, Business users with a 3-day delay, and Enterprise users get same-day data via our nightly scraper.

Your personal account data is stored in our Postgres database in the EU and never sold to third parties. We only share what is required to deliver the service, such as payment data with Paddle.

If you would like a copy of your data or want it deleted, see the Privacy page or contact support. We respond to GDPR requests within 30 days.
